Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work begins, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after work has started, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed, as detailed in the contract.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Completed Work: Services fully delivered and accepted by the client, as confirmed by signed documentation or email approval, are non-refundable.

Custom Development: Custom software or hardware solutions developed specifically for your needs are non-refundable once development has begun, unless Internet Surge fails to meet the agreed specifications.

Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., software licenses, cloud hosting) are non-refundable, as these are pass-through costs.

Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. If a resolution (e.g., service rework) is offered and accepted, this may replace a monetary refund.
