  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of service delivery, provided the issue is communicated in writing with specific details.

  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work begins, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after work has started, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed, as detailed in the contract.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed Work: Services fully delivered and accepted by the client, as confirmed by signed documentation or email approval, are non-refundable.

  • Custom Development: Custom software or hardware solutions developed specifically for your needs are non-refundable once development has begun, unless Internet Surge fails to meet the agreed specifications.

  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., software licenses, cloud hosting) are non-refundable, as these are pass-through costs.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email your refund request to consulting@internetsurge.com within 14 days of service delivery or issue identification. Include your contract number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may contact you for additional information or to discuss resolution options.

  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. If a resolution (e.g., service rework) is offered and accepted, this may replace a monetary refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or third-party service outages.

  • Client-Provided Materials: If delays or issues arise due to incomplete or inaccurate materials provided by the client, refunds may not be granted.
