Services
Six areas, one point of contact. Everything is month to month, and the person who proposes the work is the person who shows up to do it.
IT as a Service
The whole stack, hardware included, for one monthly figure. Few IT companies offer it. We built ours around it.
Most IT companies manage the equipment you bought. We supply it. One monthly arrangement, sized to your headcount, covers the computers, monitors, network equipment and cabling along with the help desk, the security stack and Microsoft 365. When something is slow or old it is replaced, and the invoice lists every month’s on-site and remote work.
- Desktops and laptops, configured before they arrive
- Monitors, keyboards and mice
- UniFi Wi-Fi, switching, firewall and cabling
- The full security stack on every device
- Help desk by phone, text or your Teams channel
- Microsoft 365 setup and administration
- On-site visits with no trip fees or mileage
- Month to month, like everything we do
Managed IT plans
Help desk, monitoring, Microsoft 365, backups and devices, sized to your team.
For teams that already own their equipment. You get a help desk that answers, systems that are patched and monitored around the clock, and someone accountable for all of it. We size the plan to your team and list every month’s on-site and remote work on the invoice, so there is never a question about what you paid for.
- Help desk by phone, text or your Teams channel
- Remote monitoring and patching for every computer and server
- Microsoft 365 licensing, setup and administration
- New-hire and departure handling: accounts, devices, access
- Backups with tested restores, for files, mailboxes and servers
- Three plan levels: Essential, Professional, Enterprise
- Vendor management: internet, phones, printers, line-of-business software
- Quarterly review of what’s working and what to fix next
Cybersecurity
A layered stack with AI threat detection that runs quietly, and a monthly report you can read.
Most breaches start with a person, not a firewall: a reused password, a phone with no protection, an email that looked real. So the stack covers people and devices, not just the network edge. It’s the same set of tools we run on our own machines, and we’ll show you the report every month.
- AI threat detection and managed response on every endpoint, confirmed by a 24/7 security operations center (Huntress)
- Password management for the whole team (Keeper)
- Mobile threat defense for phones and tablets (Lookout)
- Multi-factor sign-in on every account that supports it
- AI-driven email security that catches phishing and payment fraud (Check Point Harmony Email)
- Device encryption, imaging and remote wipe
- Security awareness guidance for your staff
- Monthly cybersecurity report in plain English, plus audit support when you need it
Networks, Wi-Fi and cameras
Ubiquiti UniFi design and installation, from the cabling up.
A network you never think about: fast Wi-Fi in every corner, wired drops where they belong, cameras you can check from your phone, and door access that doesn’t depend on keys. We install and manage Ubiquiti UniFi because it gives you one dashboard, enterprise features and no per-device licensing.
- Site survey and network design
- Structured cabling, racks and clean-up of what’s there now
- UniFi gateways, switches and access points
- UniFi Protect cameras, from a storefront to hundreds of cameras across sites
- Door access and intercoms
- Cellular signal boosters for buildings and estates
- Guest Wi-Fi, VLANs and segmentation for IoT, cameras and payment systems
- Ongoing monitoring and firmware management
AI for your business
An assistant that answers first, AI inside the tools you already pay for, and guardrails.
AI is useful when it’s wired into how your team already works and has rules around it. Managed clients get an AI assistant in their Teams channel for the quick questions, with a person one message away. We set up Microsoft Copilot and the AI in your other apps the safe way, permissions first, and we train your staff on the phishing and voice clones AI now makes easy.
- AI assistant in your Internet Surge Teams channel
- Microsoft 365 Copilot setup, with permissions cleaned up first
- An AI use policy your staff will actually follow
- Approved tools, and what data never goes into a public chatbot
- Training on AI-written phishing and deepfake voice calls
- Verification procedures for payments and password resets
- A technology review to find where AI fits, and where it doesn’t
- Honest advice when the answer is ‘not yet’
Cloud and Microsoft 365
Migrations, device management and the systems that live on top of your network.
If your email, files and phones aren’t in the cloud yet, we move them without losing a day of work. If they are, we make them manageable: a new laptop sets itself up out of the box, a lost phone can be wiped from your desk, and everyone’s files are where they’re supposed to be.
- Email and file migration to Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager device management
- VPN on every device for secure remote work
- Business phone systems (Dialpad) that work with your network
- Fleet tracking integration (Samsara) for field teams
- Cloud video (YourSix) when you don’t want on-site recording
- Line-of-business software hosting and support
- Licensing clean-up so you stop paying for seats nobody uses
