Client help
The fastest way to get what you need. Most of these reach the same place: a person who knows your setup.
Something’s broken
Call or post in your Teams channel. Describe what you were doing, what you saw, and whether it’s one person or everyone. A photo of the screen helps more than you’d think.
Password reset or locked out
Use the password manager first: Keeper can reset most app passwords on its own. For Microsoft 365 or a computer sign-in, send the request and we’ll verify you by phone before changing anything. We never reset a password from an email alone.
Lost or stolen phone or laptop
Call immediately, day or night. Managed devices can be locked and wiped remotely within minutes, and we’ll rotate the passwords that matter.
Suspicious email or text
Don’t click, don’t reply, don’t call the number in the message. Forward it to support and we’ll tell you whether it’s real. If you already clicked, call us; it’s fixable, and faster when we know early.
New employee
Send the name, start date, role and the apps they’ll need. We’ll have the account, the device and the access ready for day one, with the security stack already on it.
Someone’s leaving
Tell us the last day. We’ll disable access on schedule, forward their mail where you want it, and collect or wipe the device. The sooner we know, the cleaner it is.
Billing question
Every invoice lists the month’s on-site and remote work and the user count the plan is based on. If something looks off, reply to the invoice or send a note and we’ll walk through it.
Your tools
The apps we’ve set up for you, and what each one is for.
- Keeper: your passwords, shared logins and the first place to look when you’re locked out
- Lookout: protects your phone and tablet; keep it installed and allow its updates
- Microsoft Authenticator: approves sign-ins, so never approve one you didn’t start
- Your Teams channel: tickets, questions and updates from us
- Huntress: runs silently on your computer and calls us if something’s wrong
